Welcome to the Linked Services - DMA website (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, functionality, digital goods, and physical products offered on or through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, or by clicking to accept the Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.


1. Eligibility & Account Security

  • Age Requirements: To use this Site and purchase our products, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Account Registration: To access certain features, you may be required to register an account or connect an external identity (e.g., Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Inaccurate Information: If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site.


2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, logos, custom graphics, "LS" branding, and product designs) are owned by Linked Services - DMA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use or to facilitate your authorized purchases. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site or our products.


3. Purchases, Final Sales, and EU Consumer Rights

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products (including software, firmware, and hardware like DMA cards and fusers) at any time.
  • Strict No-Refund Policy: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the right of withdrawal (14-day return period) is subject to strict legal exceptions:
    • Digital Content: By purchasing digital goods, custom firmware, or software from this Site and requesting immediate delivery, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once performance or digital delivery has begun.
    • Physical Hardware: Hardware items that are unsealed, integrated into personal setups, or structurally/digitally modified by the user after delivery are exempt from the right of return due to technical integrity and security risks.
  • Chargebacks: Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks initiated through third-party payment processors without first contacting support will result in immediate termination of website access, system bans, and potential legal action.


4. Technical Issue Resolution & Customer Support

  • Staff-Led Resolution: If you encounter any technical issues, system incompatibilities, or delivery delays, your sole remedy is to contact our team via the designated support channels listed on the Site. All legitimate technical and order problems will be actively reviewed, handled, and resolved on a case-by-case basis exclusively by an authorized member of the Linked Services - DMA staff.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): For EU and Portuguese residents, if a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with our staff, you have the right to seek resolution through an official Consumer Dispute Arbitration Center (Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo) in Portugal, pursuant to Law no. 144/2015.


5. Prohibited Uses of the Website

You agree not to use the Site:

  • In any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law (including EU and Portuguese regulations).
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including "spam" or "phishing" attempts.
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which may harm Linked Services - DMA or users of the Site.
  • To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our web servers, database, or connected infrastructure.


6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

  • "As Is" Basis: The Site and all products, tools, and services provided through it are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, unless strictly mandated by EU consumer law (such as legal warranties against inherent manufacturing defects in raw physical hardware).
  • Third-Party Enforcement: Linked Services - DMA provides specialized hardware components and digital tools. We are not liable for any modifications you make to your operating systems, nor are we responsible for any restrictions, bans, or hardware blocks applied to your equipment by third-party software, video game developers, or anti-cheat engines.


7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Site, these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Portugal.
